DKS® X-Type Static Mixer

The DKS® X static mixer is efficient for homogenization and dispersion tasks in laminar flow. Even challenging mixing applications, such as dosing a small amount of low-viscosity additive into a high-viscosity main flow, can be performed very effectively.

The DKS® X-type static mixer provides the most efficient homogenization, with approximately a 50% reduction in standard pressure drop.

Reducing this dramatic pressure drop offers various advantages to users, depending on the application:

• Smaller pumps with lower energy consumption can be used.
• It may enable the overall downsizing of the entire process.
• It provides the opportunity to achieve a mighty mixing task with a smaller mixer.

Our experienced experts design the DKS® X-Type static mixer to accommodate individual mixing tasks.

It can be heated or cooled with a removable jacketed body. Standard bodies can be manufactured by DIN and ANSI standards.

The standard construction material is AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel. Designs using unique materials can be made upon request.
